Let's eat and drink

A journey through the flavors of the Serra da Estrela

On this tour, we'll explore this rich gastronomy, tasting some of the world's finest cheeses and wines that make this region so special, meeting its producers and understanding what makes each product unique. And because tasting is good, but sitting at the table is even better, the experience also includes a mountain lunch or dinner, with the traditional flavors that are part of the identity of these mountains. Along the way, we'll talk about traditions, ingredients, customs, and the connection between food, landscape, and life in the Serra. No rush, no unnecessary formalities, and always room for another story and perhaps another tasting.
