How booking works
The form or WhatsApp is a request. The day is only booked once we send the proposal (route, price, logistics) and you confirm it. There is no automatic charge on the site.
If the weather turns
In Serra da Estrela the weather decides. For safety we may adapt the route, move the day or offer another date — without penalty, when the change comes from the mountain.
If you need to cancel or move
Write as early as you can to goestrela@proton.me or WhatsApp. Because each day is prepared for the group, the concrete terms (notice and any costs already taken on) are in the proposal. There is no rigid grid on the site: this is not an off-the-shelf product.
