Who we are

What we collect
On the booking form: name, email, phone (if you give it), dates, group size and your message. If you write on WhatsApp or email, we keep what you send. We do not create customer accounts on the public site.
What we use them for
Only to answer the request, prepare the day’s proposal and, if it goes ahead, to follow the booking. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and, when you write without a contract yet, legitimate interest in replying.
Who we share with
Booking email is sent through Resend, in GoEstrela’s name, to goestrela@proton.me. The site and database sit on our server. We do not sell lists. WhatsApp is Meta’s — what you write there follows their rules.
Cookies and local storage
On the public site we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Language preference (Portuguese or English) stays in your browser (localStorage). While you fill in the booking request, the draft is kept only in your browser (sessionStorage) and is cleared when you send it or close the tab. The /admin area uses a session cookie (ge_admin), HttpOnly, only for whoever signs into the back office — visitors do not get it.
Statistics: we count, anonymously, the pages viewed, where visitors came from (for example a search engine or a social network), the type of device, the language and the steps of the booking request. We use no cookies and no identifier, we do not store IP addresses and we do not follow anyone across visits or sites. The data stays on our own server, is not shared, and is deleted after 13 months. If your browser asks not to be tracked (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control), we count nothing.
How long we keep them
Requests stay in the back office for as long as they are needed for the booking and for the legal duties of the activity. When they are no longer needed, we delete them. You can ask for erasure at goestrela@proton.me.
